I will join. My K/D is .65 do you guys offer any types of benefits? I need dental insurance and a 401k. Also twice a month I require foot rubs from the clan leader. Also you should have a look at this thread

But, Microsoft does not offer insurance for the console. Did you buy it from the vendor?



If so, then you will need to contact them about the coverage and any repair costs.

ummm there is no insurance for a console

all consoles come with a 1year warranty unless you purchased it used

if you purchased warranty directly over the phone line with xbox support you will receive a service certificate from xbox

if you purchased a warranty instore at your retailer take up the issue with the retailer

if you purchased it new login with the windows live id that you registered the console to and click support and click repair my console

this will show you your xbox warranty status

Probably this would be covered in home insurance. You can get it serviced or repaired by Microsoft, and try to claim in your home insurance if your insurance has content cover.
