    Who here actually played Halo CE back in the day?

    All I can say is that you were not connected in your area with lan parties. I played in tournaments in ATL and I got connected to a large group of players who had lan parties all the time. There were Gaming shops in ATL where you could take your squad and
    play against others. A strong community forum to send out challenges. Dont get me wrong I loved the SP but after 2 times through what am I going back for. Me and my clan would travel all over ATL to play the MP not the SP and I know we were not the only ones
    doing it in the nation and around the world. There were online tunnel services like XBconnect and Gamespy that had players all over the world playing the MP, but to each their own. There was nothing like having 4 players in one room and 4 in another room with
    a 50ft ethernet cable linking the two xbox's and going all night long. If you experienced that your view might be a little different. I just dont think this game would have blown up the way it did without the MP from CE and in that case it should have been
    included instead of a Reach add on

    My brother works for Comcast in ATL. Apparently comcast updated their servers because they will start capping internet usage and charging for overages (300GB), in doing so - they broke some connections to XBL. I know this doesn't help, but incase you're
