Claims

As said above and for the future please keep this kind of thing to one thread.

Once an account is banned you forfeit everything on the account. Microsoft will not send you the games. If your other account is on the console you originally used to download the games, then it should have access to the games.

Genchy, that is not a "claim". That is simple logic. If you are trying to make a claim it is "broken", you need to demonstrate that claim.

Those can only be claimed once. Since you've already claimed it by one account, you can't claim it again.

Absolutely not, regardless of "who" would state such I would reject it just as equally until they provided reasonable evidence to support their claim. It's not due to "you" as a person making the claim but the claim itself. If
you further support that claim or belief, well that's your choice then.

I simply reject the claim as word salad and woo.
