Claiming Xbox Account

To claim 360 games with gold for xbox one you need to have linked with the account a valid method of payment, credit card. In this case a purchase of 0,00$ is registered while claiming the game.

Since the account is that of a minor and not allowed to purchase online, it cannot claim the 360 games with gold for xbox one.

I click on the ‘Claim for another account’ and I get “After completing setup, add another account and claim Fortnite Gilded Hunter Pack, On the new account go to Account>Profile>Included with this Xbox console to claim”

Again if your comment were true I would’n be given this instructions right?

The thing is that I follow them but still cannot see the packs in my son’s account.

I have the same problem where it asks me to “claim on another account” but I have an up to date payment and have bought games after setting up the xbox. It still asks claim on another account.

• To clarify, do you see "Claimed - Included with this device" next to the item's picture at Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox Console?

The reason why I'm asking is that bundled items can only be claimed once per console, and most users claim them during the initial console setup process. I'm referring to when you turn a console on for the first time and it asks for updates as well as your account information.

It's worth mentioning that the "Claim for different account" button is there to provide instructions on how you would need to go about claiming these items for a different account than the one used in the initial console setup process. This button continues to appear on the "Included with this Xbox Console" screen even after the items have been claimed.
