    Claiming Rewards from MyVIP Vault Error


    Hi,

    Error came up when claiming MyVIP reward cards, the gems have been used but I have no confirmation of credits added to account. I have been redirected here, can someone confirm if I will receive the credits or that the points will be refunded?

    VIP reward not working?

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a large amount of users claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. Our web tam is currently working on resolving this issue. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly. We see
    that you claimed two 5000 Credit prizes.

    MyVIP Gems are not the same as Rewards Credits. They are used to claim items from the MyVIP vault. You can see your current Gem total at the top of the vault page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/pt-br/myvip/vault/).
    We see your Gems have all been added to your account.

    It sounds like you are confused about our currencies. Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same as MyVIP Gems. Gems are a type of currency that can be used to claim items from the MyVIP Vault at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/myvip/vault/).
    Rewards Credits are the Credits that are deposited into your account as currency.
