Claiming pre-order game bonuses

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and was given Fallout 3 with it. However, I never received my code, where would it be? I am asking this now because when I pre-order Dark Souls 3, I want to be able to access my Dark Souls code when I am given it.

Pre-order bonuses for digital downloads?

You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.

It is my understanding that you had to pre-order from Game in order to get that bonus. It seems that Amazon was offering a skin and two emblems for pre-orders.
