    I've been trying to claim the two August Xbox One Games with Gold to no avail. The games, For Honor and Forza, say I claimed them but when I recheck, it prompts me to claim them. Will I have a copy of these games when the promotion ends?

    Claiming in game goodies

    So I love genji and wanted the new Oni skin. So I linked my account from PC to Xbox one and started playing a couple games of hero's of the storm. And like the idiot I am I went on the linking accounts on the overwatch main menu and for some reason clicked
    claim in game goodies when I didn't finish the challenge and now it's gone. I tried making another battle.net account and tried that but didn't work. Is there any way I can get the claim in game goodies back and try the challenge again? ( I didn't get anything
    when I tried claiming)

    I am not to claim power ups from the meter in BINGO. It is not just in one destination it is in all of them.

    Hello, there have been issues with the
    Xbox Live Service     lately, so that could be why it is continuing to prompt you to claim the Games With Gold time and time again.

    As for if you will have a copy of those games when the promotion ends, I hope you do, but if not, I suggest you contact

    customer support    .

    He is in the US? He is trying to claim his games via his console?

    Has he tried claiming them via xbox.com, though should also work.
