Claimed Xbox 360 Achievements Say 0% on Xbox One

I received every achievement for every Xbox 360 game I had on 360 before I got my Xbox one, but ever since I got my Xbox one back in 2016 all my 360 Achievements say 0% until I click on them and it shows I have all the gamer score and all the achievements
unlocked. I’ve tried restarting my Xbox and everything but I have no idea how to fix this. Anyone have any solutions to get them to show 100% instead of 0%?

Witcher 2 Achievements not unlocking

So basically it said I got the achievement, like I got the in-game notification, but upon checking both the 360 emulator achievement guide and the xbox one achievement guide, as well as online, my achievements for witcher still say 0.

 

Loss of all my 360 achivements

I've lost all my Xbox 360 achievements well over 100,000. It's showing 0% until I click on the game then it shows the dates the achievements popped which like I say is over100,000.

It says there was tampering, so what? I spent 2-3 whole years working on achievements and because I was good at it and working my butt off everyday in my early high school years they delete all my work because they think I’m cheating?? How do I get it back?
I play games for the enjoyment and reward of achievements. To show off and compete with friends that when it comes to games I’ve got it in the bag.

 

If it's available, you would submit a case review on the enforcement site, but if it took place back in 2016 it would no longer be possible to submit a review and you would no longer be able to re-earn any of those achievements. There are several achievements
on your account that can only be earned in a multiplayer game that show as being earned offline. So something did happen.

 

What could have happened though for them to think I was cheating? Does this mean I have to go back and play all those games all over again??

 

Most likely someone reported your account for some reason and they investigated your account. As I said, there are some shady achievements on your account so they would have looked into those. They can tell the difference between a glitch and something else.

In order to re-earn those achievements, you would have to play them on another account.

No. Gamerscore resets are permanent.
