    Hi,

    I recently redeemed four rewards on your online store and recieved three blank emails with no codes in them and the fourth came through days later I’ve contacted Xbox support multiple times to no avail could you help sort this out please

    Hi,

    I recently redeemed four rewards on your online store and recieved three blank emails with no codes in them and the fourth came through days later I’ve contacted Xbox support multiple times to no avail could you help sort this out please I’ve tried customer
    support I’ve done live chats and multiple other solutions

    No reply to rewards application

    I have recently applied for the rewards program and recieved a email saying it would take 2 days for them to accept my application. I have never recieved any follow up emails confirm or denying me.

    If they were from the Xbox Rewards program, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum so support can look into it for you.

    If it was from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    I have been checking both emails everyday, so far I havent recieved anything. Is this something that can take a few days? I have recieved email regarding other rewards mission wins and gains, just nothing on this one yet.

    Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.
    So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

    The forums block email address from being posted, but yes that would be a legit email. You can check the MyRewards section of the Rewards site to claim the gems.
