    Claim Game Pass Ultimate on Series X


    Hi guys & gals

    Without wanting to upset anyone, I received my Series X yesterday from Game UK. I got it as an upgrade to my One X via the All Access program. I set it all up great (was a piece of cake) but when I set up the users it said that Game Pass Ultimate was included
    with this Xbox, claim it or do it later. I selected do it later because I wanted to wait until I decommissioned my One X. However, now I cannot find how to get to claim it again. I have been through every option in the settings and on the user profiles. The
    only thing I can see is under Accounts > Subscriptions it lists my current Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but not the new one. Can anyone advise how I can "claim it"?

    Same here.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

    I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

    Yes sir. EA Play will be added to Game Pass Ultimate on 10. November along side the Series S/X launch.

    No. Series S/X games won't work on a One. The only way they can be played on the One is if they're available through cloud gaming with Game Pass Ultimate.
