    So one of my friends bought me a fortnite bundle code for xbox but I do not own an xbox is there a way to claim it I did redeem it on microsoft directly but when I logged in to fortnite it doesn't give me the skin I guess you have to have an xbox to claim?

    Is correct. You will need to log into an Xbox to get the skin. There is no other alternative.

    Hello, Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.!

    When opening your xbox, gift cards with the codes must have come inside the box.

    If your console came without the gift cards then there is no way to recover / claim them.

    lol @brand... you know... they sent me another code last night, claiming one of the ones they sent me previously was "invalid"... but the game worked fine without redeeming the "valid" code? It was for GOW3 though.

    Thank you for answering and trying to help me.

    I never had Xbox Game Pass on my account, yet i'm still not able to claim these codes.

    Next thing i think might be the problem is the region but i tried both codes with and without a VPN and it doesn't work either way.
