Civilization revolution unable to connect

Hi Meeaygan, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Make sure that both of your NAT Types are OPEN. To check kindly follow the steps below:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type.

Also, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware for both you and your friend.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

While Civilization: Revolution is a great game, it isn't a real time strategy game, as it is turn based.

This is a bit 'out there' but she may like Civilization Revolution.

Hello, and yes I believe there are still players playing Civ. Rev. (mostly people playing single player matches though) and because of it being free with the "Games With Gold" program I think it has a great chance at becoming backwards compatible in near
future, but please don't quote me on this.

I've always wanted to try it. Now I'll need to wait for BC.
