Civilization Revolution on Xbox One S - Multiplayer

I just downloaded Civilization Revolution and tried to have an online game: a splash screen says that "This user profile cannot play on Xbox Live", eve though I have an active subscription on Xbox Live Gold.

Any idea why?

Is the game too old for multiplayer?

Any help will be much appreciated,

It seems, a reboot of the console was needed for the game to understand the procedure.

I'll leave this response as help for someone else.

I just want Civilization Revolution on my xbox one.

While Civilization: Revolution is a great game, it isn't a real time strategy game, as it is turn based.

I recommend to try the following

Civilization Revolution Add-Ons
Try purchasing or downloading the content on your Xbox 360 console

If the issue persists, try reaching the
game developer support forums for more assistance.

Played Civilization Revolution too but I'm not looking foward this new one.. But it finds its players for sure
