    today we bought the city skyline mass transit add on

    How ever when we download it it shows as downloaded so when we go to the game to load it its still saying it needs to be purchased we definitely bought it had the receipt via email and when we check purchase history its showing as completed

    Any guys help with this

    We can't speak to xbox on chat either and phone lines say they are closed

    Thank you for reaching out! Certain DLC must be manually downloaded. In order to get this set up, head on over to your games and apps section. There I want you to highlight Cities: Skylines, press the menu button, and select manage game and add-ons. You
