In some cases an achievement can take up to 72 hours to be unlocked, even I heard some people waiting a full week for this.

I can only recommend you waiting for now, and try contacting the developer to see if there's an issue with this specific achievement

But if you don't mind try couple things on your console just to test, I can give you some advises:

a. Try using a different wifi network and try getting the achievement again

b. Power cycle your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

c. Do a factory reset for your console keeping games and apps:

Go to settings > system > console info > reset, then select keep my games and apps

d. Perform an offline update for your console:

In that way Xbox system will be updated from scratch.

I've had that a few times and got that issue with the "Jump in the Fun" Quest this time - still got 155 achievements to unlock on Cities Skylines, Farming Simulator and Zoo Tycoon, but I'm blocked from the 400 points because I've already completed 12 achievements
on ABZU.

Hi, please try uninstalling the game the reset the Microsoft store cache opening the run window (windows key + R) and type wsreset.exe
After that reinstall the game and give it a new try.

If the issue persists please try waiting up to 72 hours. Sometimes an achievement can take this time to appear in your profile (and if you meet all the requirements to unlock it) <or if possible try unlocking the achievement using a different wifi network)

If maybe the issue persists the next step will be report this problem to Microsoft

By the way, when did you unlocked the achievements?

Yes I am online.

The game shows in my list with a 0% unlock rate. The site you lined just gave me a lank screen on Edge, FF and Chrome.





I tried again about 2 hours ago after phone support got me to "reset" the Xbox app and MS Store.
