    Just snagged Citadel off XBL for 50% off. Might be a weekly deal or a one day thing. Either way - heads up!

    Countdown to 2014

    Waiting on Citadel (ME3) to go on sale. I have the other 2 which I grabbed in previous sales, but jeez, EA/BioWare have dragged this *** out. Not played any ME3 since they released single player dlc as I've been waiting for it all before running through
    it again. It's been a case of drip,drip, drip with their price reductions. I'm still not confident we'll see ME3 dlc prices slashed.

    Spoilers inside: anyone else think the game was too...

    The Citadel in ME2 had a lot of negative space, sure, but it offered a better atmosphere. It still was a larger Citadel, same with the Citadel in ME1. ME3 watered it down to fit all the relevant content in smaller places - but it just seemed like a time
    shortcut rather than a strategic game decision. The Citadel in ME3 just feels lifeless in comparison to the previous Citadels.

    Also it was kind of irksome to me that after the Cerberus attack on the Citadel, the Citadel returns to it's exact same state with a few broken glass shards on the ground and bullet holes in the wall. There's no change in the NPCs or anything really. Geez.

    I will bench 225 and allow the bar to crush my cervical vertabrae if I missed out on this.

    got it appreciate the heads up. Wish they had omega on there too. I missed out on it back then. A one day deal isn't convenient for everyone...

    EA did a 'Publisher Sale' this exact same week a year ago, so perhaps it's an annual push for them to boost sales before their fiscal ends...Citadel on sale :)
