    Citadel DLC Isn't Showing Up


    I bought the Citadel dlc for Mass Effect three, and I am trying to download it. I have part 2, but prt one was incomplete somehow, so I deleted it and tried again. When I attempt to re-download it, the status goes form 0% to 100% really fast. But even though
    it says that the download was completed, I don't see it on my system's storage or on my thumbdrive (where part 2 is located).

    I have tried clearing my system and thumbdrive cache, deleting my profile and re-downloading it, restarting my system, and talking with a microsoft rep (we said hello, then 30 minutes came and went with no update)

    Please help, what can I do?

    Hey Ninja! We're going to need a little more info than just this. You went through what steps? What DLC isn't showing up? Is this all your DLC, or just some?

    Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed

    This is not a reward vendor or Season Pass item. It's a separate piece of DLC that isn't showing up on people's Xbox, much less in-game.
