    I'm guessing it's that since it looks like the one I'm using.

    I just upgraded to a new modem and my xbox one is fixed perfectly where I have a high upload and dowload but my 360 is disconnecting over and over and I don't know where to go or what to do or how to do it. I can enter my modem settings but Idk where to
    go for ports and open them or anything like that (I DON'T HAVE A PC TO DO THIS I USE MY PHONE AND IT'S POSSIBLE TO USE A PHONE SINCE MY FRIEND DID IT BUT HE'S BEEN GONE) so I need some help thanks.

    Can't connect to live please help

    didnt work. It updated correctly with no problems but still doesnt work at my house. i also got some information regarding my router and modem mixed up. Apparently my Dad left in an old modem and that was some of the info I gave you.

    here is the correct info

    Modem brand & model number: The modem is webstar by scientific atlanta DPC2100

    Router brand & model number: The router is eHome EH100

    i have a sound bar plugged into the spidf (correct name?) port in the rear of the xbox. i had a scientific atlanta box before switching it to the samsung and that had a different set of problems.

    @TouchtoneChash33 - Were you able to connect your console directly to the Scientific Atlanta DPC2100 (as per my previous post)?

    Do you receive an error code?
