Cisco ISB7500 from ATT UVerse

Discus and support Cisco ISB7500 from ATT UVerse in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Just upgraded to this set-top DVR.     Cisco ISB7500 from ATT UVerse


    Just upgraded to this set-top DVR. Previous box (Motorola I believe) allowed us to use voice commands to change channels, pause, etc. Now with this new box, voice commands still gives the on screen notification "Watch CBS", but no input, doesn't change
    the channel. Any suggestions? I wonder if this is a new box not (yet?) supported by xbox?

    Well...the magic is gone. Cisco ISB7500 from ATT UVerse :( Here's my configuration if it helps.

    Onkyo TX-NR515 Surround receiver

    AAT uverse DVR (Cisco ISB7500)

    Panasonic TC-P65ST30

    HDMI from uverse to xb1 to Onkyo to Panasonic

    Like i said in the initial post this has been working just fine since i got the xb1 on release day. It just started acting up about week ago. Any help is appreciated.

    HDMI Input causing intermittent Audio and Video signal loss issues

    Also removed AV Receiver from layout:

    CISCO ISB7500 (HDMI) Xbox One (HDMI) LG LX6500

    Still have same issue.

    Right like Eric said, I had problems with the Uverse box when it used At&t as the model. I switched it to Cisco and chose ISB7000 and it started working. I will note that I could not get it ever to work correctly with my DVR Uverse box (ISB7500) and swapped
    that one with the 7000 that was in my basement. I also had to use an IR Transmitter because my receiver is inside a cabinet.

    TopBox: ATT Cisco Wireless

    My screen was black when I also started. My issue turned out to be the HDMI cable has to really be plugged in good. It's almost like the HDMI connector has to be longer (male end that plugs in). I had to jam the thing in there really good for it to start
    working.

    Removing the Xbox One eliminates the issue, and swapping HDMI cables into and out of the Xbox One does nothing. Signal loss is basically permanent now.

    HDMI cable from Xbox One to receiver is the one provided with Xbox One, all other HDMI are insignia highspeed HDMI.
