    Login Info

    Gateway Address: 192.168.0.1

    User Name: cusadmin

    Password: password





    Restore Factory Defaults

    Through Firmware

    1. Open a Web browser and in the address bar type 192.168.0.1, press enter.
    2. Enter “cusadmin” for the username and “password” for the password.
    3. Select Administration from the menu at the top.
    4. Select Factory Defaults from the available tabs.
    5. Click the Restore Factory Defaults button.


    Through Hardware

    1. Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the device.
    2. Press and hold the reset button for a minimum of 10 seconds then release the button.
    3. Wait for the device to restart.

    Gateway – 192.168.1.1

    Username - admin

    Password - admin



    Restoring Defaults

    Through firmware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser.
    3. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. (Example 192.168.1.1)
    4. The router will then prompt for a user name and password. The default is that user name is “admin” and the password is “admin”.
    5. Select Administration at the top.
    6. Click Factory Defaults in the sub menu.
    7. Click the Restore Factory Defaults button.
    8. Wait for the device to restart.
    Through Hardware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.

    • Username - admin or user
    • Password - admin or user or 1PTV-ADM1N

    Restore Factory Defaults

    Through firmware

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.1.254 in the address bar.
    3. If it asks for a username and password put in (admin/admin, user/user) if you have CenturyLink use (admin/1PTV-ADM1N).
    4. Select the System Tab from the top.
    5. Select Management sub-tab.
    6. Select the Configuration sub-tab.
    7. Select Restore Default Settings.
    8. Select Restore Default Settings.
    9. Select OK.
    10. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.
    Through Hardware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN 1 port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.
