Circular port

If your Xbox Wireless Controller comes with a 3.5mm port, you can connect a headset with a standard 3.5mm jack directly to the controller. The 3.5mm port is a small circular port at the bottom of the controller.

If a controller isn't syncing correctly too your xbox try pressing and holding the small circular button next too the usb port while di the same with the small circular button on the top of the xbox controller. This should snyc the controller too the xbox.

I am afraid this scratch will prevent you (the majority of the time) from playing that disc, which I understand must be extremely frustrating (I know how yah feel man, it happened to me once before). This kind of scratch is most commonly created by the console
being moved whilst a disc is inside. It can also be cause by some kind of dirt, or small object inside your disc tray. In terms of that, I would recommend ejecting your disc tray and just lightly wiping it with a dry cloth and make sure there is no dust/dirt/rattling
objects in there. Please do not take the console apart in attempt to fix this as it is against the CoC and voids any warranty to the console.



Your local game stores can fix this by taking the disc and putting it in this machine they have which removes a layer off the disc and takes the affected area (the scratch) and isn't expensive at all, potentially fixing your disc. Other than that, I would
recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth, but there is no guarantee that it will be fully functional again afterwards. Best of the best things to do would be to purchase a new copy of the disc.



Also, is it just this one disc or has it occured to other discs as well?

How do I connect my controller?

If you are using a wireless controller, try to sync your controller to your console. You can doing this by turning on the console, and then pushing the sync button on both the controller (small circular button near the left bumper) and the console (on the
original console, the small circular button by the power button; on the S console, the small square button near the front USB ports). The green lights should flash in a circle, then all flash, and then one light will remain indicating which controller position
the controller currently is.

If you are using a wired controller, try unplugging the controller for a few seconds and then firmly reinserting the USB connector. If it still isn’t working, try a different USB port as that particular port might be bad (if this is the case, you will want
to contact support to set up a console repair).
