    Cinematic sound not working


    Everything else works the menu sounds all work game play sounds work but when a cinematic is playing on amy game there is no sound I've tried it with red dead 2, outer worlds, and ace combat. This is really annoying and I'm not getting into my games please

    Cinematic sound not working

    Hi, I looked at a past forum post where the user was having the same problem as you. They suggested that the audio may have been switched.

    I just fixed the sound during cinematics. Apparently with the latest preview update my sound setting got switched. When I switched HDMI to stereo uncompressed, optical audio to off and bitstream off the sound came back. Check your settings. They might have
