Ahoj, mám problém s přihlašováním do účtu na Xboxu One, problém se objevil před cca třičtvrtě rokem, ze začátku jen sporadicky.Tedˇuž to nejde i třikrát do týdne, dokonce se nepřihlásim ani offline dokud nevytáhnu kabel z konzole! Objeví se okno s chybou
0x800704cf, že nemám připojení k internetu, což je směšný, protože v nastavení sítě mi při testu nehlásí žádný problém a jsem open (veřejná IP), dokonce si konzole stahovala updaty. Nejde v tu chvíli ani vytvořit nový účet, a zjistil jsem, že se v tu chvíli
nepřihlásim ani v aplikaci xbox na PC, ani na telefonu. Problém většinou trvá hodinu - dvě, pak to samo naskočí. Většinou to zjistim večer, když chci hrát a to už je microsoft podpora mrtvá. Vzhledem k tomu, že je služba placená, bych očekával, že to už někdo
vyřešil po roce, co se tahle chyba hojně propírá na podpoře! Router jsem resetoval, obnovil do továrního nastavení, znovu nastavil, vymazal účet na konzoli a znovu se přihlásil, ale nic nepomohlo jako u většiny lidí.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue in getting your profile logged into your console.
I recommend to try refreshing the Operating System of the console by performing a
Soft Factory Reset(Keep games and apps) to remove any potentially corrupting files
from the system's OS.

Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if you want to keep settings or manual setup. I recommend doing a manual set up for best results.

Additionally, prior to the factory reset, you may want to try to resolve this by powering down the console for about 5 minutes (disconnecting the power cord from the rear of the console), while simultaneously powering down your network hardware.
Once the time expires, restart the network hardware & when it comes back up, turn on the Xbox. This would refresh the internet connection between the console and your internet source.

On your PC, go to
Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can’t go beyond the sign-in screen, select
Forgot my password and follow the instructions.
If that didn’t work, select the Start
button > Settings >
Time & language. Under Date & time make sure the
Set time automatically setting is turned on. Open Time & language settings
If none of those options work, select the Start
button > Settings >
Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select
Remove. Then go back to the Xbox
app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Reset and keep my games & apps.
Power cycle your console

Hi!

If the console is connected to WiFi, check that the console is correctly connected to the network (Settings->All Settings->Network->Network settings->Setup wireless network).

If it doesn't work, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try connecting again. Let us know!
