Chromehounds 2 Xbox one

What are the chances of a Chromehounds 2 for xbox one?A fantastic mech game where you could build your own 1000 ton mech and equip it with various guns and protective armour and participate in some serious online battles with your squad mates against other
like minded people.The online war had 3 factions all battling for control of a huge world map,where you would gain ground by winning battles and taking over opponents territory.It was hugely immersive although the graphics weren't the greatest, some of the
maps were lovely.The pace of the game was quite slow but this was in essence a necessity as the huge guns and armour weighed heavily on your mech,but you could also build fast paced mechs at the expense of armour.The maps were sometimes big so this also lended
a hand in knowing the battlefield and working out team strategies.The lack of sales for this game is probably the reason we haven't had a sequel.Made by From Software and Sega,this game wasn't advertised well enough which contributed negatively to the amount
of sales.This was an epic game which deserved so much more.Been to From Software's website and there is no mention of Chromehounds anywhere on the site when it is one of the best titles the company has produced.Armoured Core holds nothing to this game.Lets
have a Chromehounds 2 for xbox one.Huge online mech wars,taking over territories and your faction winning world wars.Right up my street.Sega,From,promote the game and we will come.

It was a flop in sales. So no part 2 from them.

 

"Chromehounds" is probably the best Team Multiplayer game ever made.



The Customisation was incredible and when you had a squad of different class types working together it was awesome.



I would love to see a "Chromehounds 2" but it's unlikely.



"Titanfall" will at least have great big giant robots.



That's as close as I know we're getting so far but who knows what the future holds.

I would love to see this. I would take it on the 360, but would prefer it on the Xbox One.

 

Good god no....chromehounds was....so.....slow. it fotever to get going. Make mechassualt 3...

 

Planning and plotting your team strategy was a huge part of the game,and the size of the maps dictated the pace of it all.No smash and grab about this game but once the action started it was intense.

 

Armored Core is a better game in a sense... developers need to get their !@#$% together and make it amazing already.

 

It was a flop in sales because the press that reviewed the game only had access to the campaign mode, not the online war. Anyone that has ever played Chromehounds knows the campaign was merely for pilot training before entering the war, thus the luke-warm
reviews. Hopefully the original Chromehounds game will make it onto the Xbox Live Marketplace where many long dead games have been reborn.

It's not likely that Chromehounds 2 will be developed for the Xbox One. IF it ever did happen, it would most likely be a PS4 game. Armored Core is a decent game, but is not in the same league as Chromehounds. Mechassault is a third person shooter with
robots as the sprites instead of humans. Titanfall is not a mech game any more than Transformers.

I've played games since Pong was the new thing. As far as mech games, the Mechwarrior games for PC were very good and Chromehounds is by far the best mech game. For years I have heard comments from users that claim to know the game when in reality they
are going from heresay, did not have the mental fortitude to get past the learning curve, and/or made silly builds and were easily destroyed in the war (except they refuse to admit this is what made them "hate" the game).

Chromehounds is one of the best games that has ever been made and is #1 in its genre. Armored Core's play style gives it an arcade-like feel and there is little strategy involved. Unfortunately, mostly kids play games so that is where the money is. In
the 80s games were unforgiving and difficult and gamers sought that trying to beat the high score. Gamers today want instant gratification and to appear as if they are a gaming master (i.e. COD quick scoping) so having to patiently learn a complex game like
Chromehounds isn't in the cards. If kids are going to rage quit because they didn't get their favorite spot or favorite weapon then there is no Earthly way they will be able to handle the extreme juice (highs and lows) of Chromehounds.

 

I would finally have a reason to buy an xbox one ...that is if they keep the mechs slow moving giants with big guns. They also need to be customizable so players can over time build their perfect mech. My favorit part of the game was taking on my friends
in an open field just to see who built the best mechs. I miss this game.

 

Yeah without doubt one of my all time favourite games on xbox..could even have it for download only on xbox one without disc s...that would cut the cost down for from software and sega., then it's all about the cost for servers...it can be done. .

 

It's never going to happen, but I sure would love it.

ubisoft owns the IP to this game now if there's ever gonna be a sequel
