"Open Tray" doesn't make sense

The first thing for you to try is run through the troubleshooting steps in the sticky thread below. You may have tried these steps already though.

My console says 'open tray' or will not read my discs.

 

Your account may have been suspended for a past offence, not for something you have or have not done now. You can find out more info here
enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review if allowed.

 

Basically just because your account was suspended on the 23rd doesnt mean that the offence happened on the 23rd thats just when the enforcement team finished their investigation.

The report and offence could of happened a week or two prior and that was just when the enforcement team finished their investigation.

Like StuartATrueRed said the only thing you can do is file for a case review on the enforcement teams website and see if they can lift the suspension sooner.
