Christmas present ruined

Good morning,

My daughter received as a Christmas present a physical copy of "Minecraft Master Collection Xbox One", we redeemed the codes for the extra packs and minecoins that appeared for
a moment in the game as available. Suddenly, surfing the Mojang's marketplace, the minecoins and packs disappeared.

All the items appear in my Xbox account ok, but not pressing "menu" on the game icon to see the packs and extra stuff associated to that game. In any case, Microsoft states that this is a problem I have
to deal with the game developer, being a game for Xbox used at their Xbox One X device. I have followed all the suggested steps and at least partially seems to be a problem of Microsoft as the Minecraft installation is not recognizing the extra items.

The developer (Mojang) have not answered and as I have seen from other support cases stated on the internet, they can take up to 1 month to answer and normally not very much implied in the customer satisfaction.

Honestly, I am really very disappointed on how Xbox responds when you have an issue, it is making me seriously thinking on switch to other gaming platform in the future despite the big amount of purchased
items I have in their platform.

are u sure ur logged into the right xbox account? check if the downloads are fully downloaded too

I only use one Microsoft account for years and it is automatically login at start, I also do not share my subscriptions.

Issues related to purchases are always frustrating, apologies. Since MSFT support has already provided the recommended channels to go through it seems like waiting for Mojang is the only option at the moment, hopefully your daughter can still enjoy Minecraft
for now.

At the top of the Marketplace there should be three items in the top right:

"<Gamertag>'s Packs"
"+<coins>"
Magnifying Search icon

If you click on the "Packs" option, then it will show items that were purchased. It's not a perfect representation of a purchase history, but you can then sort the items so it shows "Newest First" which I think will show in the order of "purchase", and
try to extrapolate if anything was accidentally purchased that way to account for the coins? Now, that is assuming the coins showed up and were used accidentally. It's very possible that the backend is mucked up with the increased traffic due to the holidays,
and in that case, you'd have to wait for Minecraft support team to get back to you, if you followed the steps I linked earlier under "I didn't receive the Minecraft Coins that I purchased. What should I do?".

If it's the latter, I apologize for having to wait. I know that's no fun, but they should get back to you at some point. I hope it all works out.

The minecoins have been always shown on my Microsoft/Xbox account, where I cannot see them is at the Minecraft's marketplace, is always showing 0.

I have not seen a way to check the purchases made at the Minecraft Marketplace (not Xbox), is there any way to see the purchase story? Thanks in advance.

Hi Yombi,

In all the cases (the 3 codes included in my edition) all of them were redeemed by me and are shown on my account purchased items either I check on the Xbox One or at the PC. The problem is that these purchases are not shown on the Minecraft game.

I have been able this afternoon to download some of the packs included, but for the "creators pack" 2 of the 6 packs are not featured as purchased, weird as all of them are included in the same pack redeemed with the same code. The minecoins are missing
no matter what I try.

It definitely points to an issue with Mojang what probably would take time to fix as it seems that they are not the fastest. Thanks for your help.
