Christmas Countdown Sale Issue

This is driving me nuts and quite frankly I feel I've been ripped off.

I recently purchased both Witcher 3 and Dragon Ball Xenoverse and both were supposed to come with the season passes. However after purchasing them I can not for the life of me find the season passes and when I try to download the DLC from the respective
passes it wants me to pay for them even though my purchases were supposed to come with the season pass.

I just want to know what is going on? I specifically read with each one upon purchase that they came with the season pass yet I don't have them for neither and it is trying to make my buy another season pass for both. This feels like a huge kick in the
no-no's.

But most DLC eventually goes on Sale, whether it is a weekly sale, or the end of year new years countdown sale, everything gets a sale eventually

 

It's actually Countdown to New Years Sale and neither The Witcher 3 or Dragon Ball Xenoverse had a bundled sale with their season passes. This site

www.storeparser.com/.../price-changes displays all of the previous sales from last week and ONLY the base game for Xenoverse and The Witcher 3 were on sale. You are mistaken.

 

Another way to tell if you bought the base game or not is to check you Order History on the Microsoft website. I recently purchased The Evil Within bundle and it shows it as "The Evil Within Bundle" in my order history.

 

I tried to buy Lucy (Movie) which was advertised for $4.99 on the Dailey Deal a few days ago, but when you click on the ad it then redirects to the 8.99 movie sales. So these 'sales' are misleading.

I cannot do it for my phone is broken, otherwise I would have done it for the Lucy movie scam,, but I would suggest calling support. Chat support if you like but I don't like contacting support that way.. Too much typing and if your not good at putting your
concerns to text.. It can become a henderence to the conversation.

 

Sometimes the sales aren't fully updated when purchased. Be sure not to purchase a game right after midnight or on a Monday because sales may still be processing.

 

If you bought the season passes, you generally need to download the DLC from within the game itself, because if you try to buy them separately from the marketplace, you will get charged again.

Try downloading them from within the game DLC areas.

 

Cryo has it right. Though when I did purchase said games they were advertised as containing the season passes so Rvhk my apologies but you are mistaken.

This is just a case of false advertising and not getting what I paid for.

 

I did recall seeing a bundle with the season pass in the sale. I purchased the standard game, so I don't know why it's not working for you. Though since Pinbot Fembot mentioned it, you most likely need to download from the game and not on the marketplace.

Otherwise you will be charged again for each bit of DLC you grab.
