Chris the truth desperate cry for help with his Xbox live and why it doesn't work

Need help with my Xbox box love connection. The same problem has been going on for two months and it needs to stop. I don't know if it'smy Xbox or my connection all together. It's freezes on certain games and don't let me play any of my online games such
as destiny or halo. I restarted my Xbox box 148 times and it still happens. I brought two different modems in the past 12 days and my Xbox box still does the same thing in my household. I use someone else Wi-Fi connection for my Xbox box in another location

Why on my xbox 1 my cousin account,my account have live on his xbox but not on mine

why on my xbox my xbox live don’t work but on my cousins it works and same with his account on my xbox his account won’t work but on his it does and idk if it’s to do with my Xbox enforcement, some one help

 

My account functionality

Today I purchased 3mths xbox live to play Gta online with my son. When I did his it worked straightaway. Mine keeps saying that I do not have account permissions to access gta online. I have reset all family filters on my xbox 360 S console but it still
doesn't work. It's the only game I play.....can anyone help me before I have to cancel it and cry. Thanks.

 

Hey Chris The Truth! Sorry you've been having trouble connecting for so long!

Since it sounds like the connection problem is limited to your main setup, let's focus on that connection.

Are you also connected wirelessly there? If so, try using an Ethernet cable to directly connect your Xbox to your modem.
