I had a chat suspension that was terminated today 07/31/17 at 12 59 am today in the morning I wanted to playbut unfortunatly the same message appears as when I was suspended I contacted support and they told me that I had a suspension until October 25 and
that does not appear on the enforcement page and they tell me that my console is temporarily suspended or thats what they see ,.when I had the active suspension I wanted to open a case review pass the 8 questions I wanted to appeal but nothing happened and
now It turns out that I have one until October with my console suspended hope that if there is some enforcement here can help me because to start the suspension was unfair and I could never talk to someone and I wait for the suspension to end and it turns
out that I have another that is not In enforcement until October 25, please if someone could tell me with whom or how to speak thank you

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

I don't even know if I should be posting this but.

Okay, got comm banned yesterday, not complaining about it cause it will do no good but I have a question

So When I start up a digitally purchased game like Rocket League, or Friday the 13th (those are the only two I have been playing) It says, "choose something else to do" etc. but I still get to play. I am playing rocket league and it just keeps popping up,
I am only comm banned so why does this pop-up? I am not attempting to talk with anyone or start a party, just play the game.

Edit, in the middle of matches and right after the game or right after someone scores I get that pop up.

It sounds like you might have another suspension on top of the communication suspension. Please use the link M3tal provided to submit a Case Review so that the Enforcement Team can let you know all of the privileges that have been revoked. I also suggest
setting your console to
offline mode while playing single person games to help avoid that message from showing up.

If you continue to have this error after your suspension lifts, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

I know all that, but that doesn't explain why that message pops up 50,000 times in the middle of a game! I'm not trying to communicate with anyone, just play the game, and the message pops up anyway.
