Choose One Promo Code Error

To whom it may concern,

I just bought an X Box One bundle last night that came with a choose one game code. I went to the website to redeem my code, and when I hit submit it took me back to the start of the redeem code process. When I filled out all information again it said
the code has been used. I did not choose a game, receive a confirmation email, or a game code. I have had a long conversation with the X Box customer service chat with Eduard Gino. He tried to help resolve my issues, but came up short. He told me the next
step would be to post to this forum. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible

No Game Redeem Code Inside New Xbox Box

purchased new xbox with the promo to choose one of four games, the only code included in the box was a 14 day free trial for xbox live, and no code to redeem one of the games, what should my next step in my situation be?

 

Recieve 10$ code after purchasing digital game

I've seen a promo that read, receive 10$ code after purchasing any digital game. There was a list to choose from, call of duty ghost, was one of the games. I purchased it digitally. I've still not received my code.

 

If that's part of the "Name Your Game" promotion, you actually need to fill out the form at the bottom of the offer's FAQ for assistance -
