    I would really like my money back on this game that I just got less then a hour ago from the store, I spent 29.99 on the Ultimate editon however non of the DLC is there, and the game is just terrible, I shouldn't have to pay for a game and then wait months
    and months for them to hopefully get it right with a couple of updates, if I here they fix it then I can just re buy the game, But I need a refund so I can get a different game because this game is broken, super laggy, awful. I can't ever describe how bad
    of a experience. the game is online only, however when I try to find a match in multiplayer, it throws me into a lobby by my self. I was really excited to buy this and start playing Chivalry Medieval Warfare :(

    Wish I could edit my post, sorry for all the misspelling, but I can uninstall right now if that's what is needed for me to get a refund on the card I used to buy the game.

    However, we on the forums are unable to assist with refunds or other billing-related enquiries. All digital purchases do state "no refunds", but you will need to reach out to Phone Support for further assistance with this:

    hi so ive read that there is a common issue with the addons for Chivalry as far back as 3 years ago and when I bought the all the addons recently and it doesn't register in game that I own them. I was in a live chat with customer service for about 30 minutes
    trying to solve this and he ended up with telling me to write here so here I am asking to be able to use the stuff I bought.

    Seems Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is currently not available in the store. That happens usually when the game's publisher decides it.
