    Chivalry doesn't have any dedicated servers...


    Chivalry is absolutely terrible when it comes to online multiplayer gaming. It lags horribly, it's like whoever hosts the servers is running it off a cardboard box. The games are always laggy, I can
    only play when I host the game instead of randomly joining and finding a game.



    The only people in the game that do not lag is the game host, therefore it's impossible to get more than 10 kills per game. Otherwise, I get average 20+ kills a game when I'm the server host.



    You may ask? Why don't you just be the game host? Let me answer that for you, firstly people are catching up fast on this... They want to host therefore there is only about 5 people willing to join
    your server. But when they get in the game, they get frustrated, rage, and quit.



    Is it Xbox recovering from the booting? Or is it the game servers itself? My internet is more than capable on running it.

    Cod doesn't and never has had dedi servers.

    Any shooter made by EA will have dedi servers

    A simple google search. The virgin partnership had nothing to do with servers, Europe doesn't have consistent internet, sony partnered with virgin to give them consistently fast internet. Dedicated servers isn't a new thing dude, Sony's been having them
    since war hawk in 2006.

    It's a little more complicated than that. Call of Duty doesn't have dedicated servers, the games are peer to peer, the servers are users own consoles. There is a system in place to join gamers together and record stats, but the games are not run from dedicated
    servers.



    EA does have dedicated servers, and while it's true they get shut down after a few years, at least you can play on them without any modders. It's not possible to play modded games on dedicated servers.

    You do realize that Sony has had dedicated servers this current gen right? Albeit for their exclusives but name one 360 game that used dedicated servers. So to claim that Sony has absolutely zero dedicated servers and is unable to have them really doesn't
