Chirp or a small beep noise while in Instant-on (standby) mode

Hey guys. I got my xbox one about a month ago and lately I've been leaving it on instant-on mode instead of energy saving when turning it off. I have noticed though that every once in awhile I hear a short chirp or beep noise while in instant-on (standby)
mode. I seem to hear it every 30 minutes to a hour when it's off. I was thinking it was maybe the hard drive or fan starting up, but I never hear it while the system is on. I'm just wondering if it's something that's normal.

Instant-On Humming

I recently started using instant-on with my Xbox One. I understand it's simply a standby mode. But, my console constantly emits a light humming noise. It's not loud or annoying by any means. It's about as loud as a small USB fan. Additionally, the light
on the power brick remains white all the time. Is any of this something to be concerned about?

A small fan noise is to be expected when the console is in lower power instant on mode...its very quiet though compared to the xbox when its turned on but even that is very quiet.

If its not in instant on mode , the power brick is basically off and no noise comes from it at all

 

I too am hearing a small little beep in standby. My sound usually happens when the fan comes on in standby; i'm assuming to update the machine or something; and it makes a beep right before the fan goes out.

 

Same exact issue here.... SUPPORT PLEASE. STOP CLOSING SUPPORT THREADS ON THIS ISSUE
