Hello. I have a chinese Xbox One S and i live in Pakistan i bought it from alibaba.com for the first two months it works just fine but after the recent update my xbox ask me about chinese ID card and i can't play games untill i fill this requirement and
the company that asking this detail is POG and i don't know what it is either. Now i can't play any games untill i fill chinese identity details and i can't even change the region of my xbox it just stuck with chinese region so anyone how lives in china or
know how to overcome this issue please help me. Thanks.

I don't think it will be possible to use it anymore.

Xbox consoles sold in the Chinese market are different to all other Xbox consoles, you can blame the Chinese Communist Party for that. The Chinese Xbox consoles are only meant for Chinese citizens which is why it is now asking you for Identification. Chinese
Xbox consoles can not change the regional settings as far as I'm aware.

Sorry about that. You need to take this up with Alibaba.

Chinese Xbox Ones are specially manufactured for the Chinese market. That is why you are only seeing the Chinese language. There is nothing you can do, but purchase a Xbox One which has English as one of the languages.

Because many games do not support simplified Chinese, and the State Bank Xbox one only simplified Chinese options, resulting in no Chinese games to play, while the actual game supports traditional Chinese.

It might be that while the Chinese Xbox One became region free (in order to play other game discs from other countries), the Chinese specific operating system still locks the User Interface to Chinese.

So "region free" might only refer to game regions being playable on the Chinese Xbox One.

If you want a different UI language or be able to buy from other marketplace regions, you might have to buy a non-Chinese Xbox One.

To install the Chinese (ZH) language pack for The Witcher 3 Complete Edition on Xbox Series X/S, you can follow the steps below:

Make sure your Xbox Series X/S console is connected to the internet.

Sign in to your Xbox Live account.

From the Xbox dashboard, navigate to "My Games & Apps".

Select "The Witcher 3 Complete Edition" from the list of installed games.

Press the "Menu" button on your controller and select "Manage Game & Add-ons".

Scroll down to the "Ready to Install" section and check if the Chinese language pack is available for download.
