    OK, so I live in China but I am English. I have recently brought an Xbox one and everything is in Chinese (my Chinese is crap). I have followed tutorials and xbox support has talked me through how to change the language but I only have Chinese and a language
    option and China as a country option.

    So how do I change my xbox to English, an update? VPN?

    Any help would be extremely appreciated

    Not able to change the system language.

    Chinese Xbox Ones are specially manufactured for the Chinese market. That is why you are only seeing the Chinese language. There is nothing you can do, but purchase a Xbox One which has English as one of the languages.

    Forza Hub showing Chinese!?

    Just to finish this off. It is very easy to replicate. As soon as I installed the Chinese Simplified language pack, Forza Hub uses Chinese date formatting and displays the Games Descriptions and the bottom in Chinese again. And as soon as I remove the language
    it is back to normal English.

    Note that I just install the language pack for Chinese character input purposes, so I can switch between the default English input and Chinese Pinyin when needed for some Chinese typing, not for changing the actual display language of Windows! For the rest
    this is a full English version of Windows 10 Pro Anniversary.

    You can't.A consoles language is set by the region you are in,China & Chinese in your case
