    Chinese trash, marketed as "Elite" product of microsoft


    i have purchased a xbox "elite" controller and am currently outside the 30day warranty. The left stick has a annoying drift on it and my right button has problems clicking as well as the grips hall all but fallen off. I paid 3 fold the price of a average
    controller and it lasted less then 1/3 the duration of a standard controller. I would like my unit replaced promptly.

    I'm afraid not. The Xbox One in China was specifically made for the Chinese market. It was the only way Microsoft could release a console in that country.

    Chinese Xbox Ones are specially manufactured for the Chinese market. That is why you are only seeing the Chinese language. There is nothing you can do, but purchase a Xbox One which has English as one of the languages.
