    Chinese controller compatibility


    Hi fellas,

    Might be a dumb question but here is it. I'm gonna stay in China for a while and I brought my Xbox one from Canada, my controller is old and all and I want to get a nice new one, cheaper here and all. Anyone knows if there would be some compatibility issues
    between my console and the Chinese controller?

    The connectivity of the controller should be universal to all xbox one controller regardless of regions unlike games. to be extra safe you could buy a wired controller as long as it states its suitable for use with the xbox one

    Hello Rkellah, i'm sorry about what's going on with your control, in your description you said "just the cheap Chinese controller problem", are you talking about an original Xbox controller or other compatible controls?

    In those cases if you've tried all upgrade procedures whether on Xbox or control, and it's out of warranty, ideally you'd send your controller to some reliable gamer technical assistance.

    Your profile says you are in China, so if you bought the download version of ACIII you likely got the traditional Chinese version. The ACIII season pass is not available in China.



    As noted on the US Marketplace in the description "The season pass is not compatible with the Traditional Chinese / Japanese / Korean version of AC3." It only works with the standard version of the game that was distributed elsewhere in the world.

    I have 2 controllers. One of them working well "Speedlink Torid" and new one "xbox one wireless". Its a strange thing that official gamepad doesnt work well but chinese one working pretty well. I deleted both of them. I dicovered that when i connect xbox controller, in HID menu apears ''Bluetooth LE XINPUT compatible input device'' and in bluetooth menu appears ''Xbox One Wireless'' When i delete ''Bluetooth LE XINPUT compatible input device'', after system restart it turns back.
