    Child's XBox Live Account Keeps Getting Suspended but no Support Phone #


    I am logged into my account right now as I can't do anything but go through automated support options for my 7 year old's account so I can't post via her account.

    Here is what happened:

    1) My daughter tried to login to Minecraft Pocket Edition on her ipad using her xbox live id PlyingAto144947, but it wouldn't let her in. She brought it to me.

    2) I went on and it told me, for another time since this happened previously, that her account was temporarily suspended.

    3) I went through the automated support stuff which is NOT helpful by the way especially if you have no cellular phone. I have been trying and trying to find a way to access a real person, because I reset password, I did this form to prove it was me, etc
    etc but I still can't get her account unlocked so I need to call someone but I can't find a phone number anywhere and I don't want to accidentally call a scam site like I did the last time this happened. I need to get to the right place.

    Please someone help me get to the right person. Thank you for your time.

    Unable to verify Adult due to US web form for card payment

    In all likelihood the region for your child's Microsoft Account is set to the US instead of UK.

    It's quite possible for the region for the Microsoft Account and Xbox LIVE account to be mismatched.

    To check the region for your child's Microsoft Account, log in to
    http://accounts.live.com     using your child's Microsoft Account email address. If you change the region for your child's Microsoft Account, you should have no further issues.

    If you're unable to change this, then you may need to contact support by phone to get it fixed.

    Hi I was suspended till June 19th I notice my account shows that im suspended but its don't show no suspensions..and I contact Xbox live support and found out im suspended till September 15th

    Hi,

    There's no real way to childproof your card online unless you set it up so your child can't access your account while you're not there via a password. If there is a credit card on the account that your child is playing on then there's no way to stop him/her
    from using it.

    You're better off contacting phone support and not keeping your card on file and instead using prepaid Xbox LIVE Gold cards for subscription time and Xbox Gift Cards for currency to purchase items from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

    You can reach out to phone support and discuss a refund for any sort of items purchased and to get your card off of your account(s).

    Yes, it is indeed true that your child account will use your Xbox Live subscription. Currently, I do not see a
    Xbox Live Gold membership active on your Xbox Live profile. Are you using this profile as your 'adult account'?

    If not and you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership on that account as well as your
    child account linked to it then you should be good to go! In case your child account does not work with your Xbox Live subscription, please contact
    Xbox Phone Support. They will be able to look into your account and see if anything is going wrong in there.
