Child’s Xbox account game data has been deleted

My son went and logged into his Xbox/microsoft account and his game data has been deleted. I verified his account (by logging in as an adult to authorise) and his game data/progress from Lego Jurrasic World was gone!

my account has been hacked ,been an xbox addict for 9+year and never happened before

they've bought stuff on the ms store ,and I don't even own the game

and then they have deleted my account and all my security data so I cant login and change anything

If I delete an Xbox 360 game and save data does it delete the game and data on Xbox One?

Hi i'm new to the forums and just a couple months back my 360 hard drive got corrupted and I couldn't play Watch Dogs, since then I have been using my old hard drive which only has 13GB. But in order for me to play Watch Dogs i have to delete Grand Theft Auto 5 and all its save data, since it takes up the majority of the hard drive. I also have GTA 5 and all my save data on the Xbox One as well and i don't want to lose my data on the Xbox One. So my main question is If I delete GTA 5 and the save data on the 360 will it delete it from the One as well?

If you're not careful you can easily delete the data from inside the game itself. My son did this to me on more than one occasion. :/ Sorry!

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no setting to specifically stop people from deleting accounts on the Xbox one. Is the account that you created for your son a child account, or an adult account with child restrictions?

He has a child account, which has restrictions. However, he is able to bypass all restrictions by deleting every account and creating a new account (not the child account I created).

If the child account has been added to a family group as a "Family member" it won't be possible for the child account's owner to circumvent the parental controls even if creating a new profile as the Organizer/adult account has complete control over the restrictions for the child account.

If the child creates a new Xbox profile and uses it, the child won't be able to access their saved data progress or purchase games from the child's main account.

Hey there JSN!

As Smwutches has stated, It is not possible to transfer game data from one account to another. In these cases it's always best to have a child account created for your son so that the games and all game data are saved to your sons account.
