Unable to get games to play

Please help me, I am unable to get any game to play on my xbox one. I was first trying to play from a disk for Dragon Age Inquisition, it starts game but as soon as I hit the menu button to access to continue saved game or got to downloaded content it freezes.
I tried to also play a game that was saved on hard drive and the same thing happens, when you try to enter game it just stops. I have restarted my console, cleaned the game disk, I have even tried to play from another profile.

Child's profile unable to access games & saved content - PLEASE HELP!

Regarding saved games - saved games are gamertag specific and cannot be transferred to another tag. When a new gamertag is created the game must be played all over again from the beginning.

Playing games - were these games originally bought on this console? If not then you'll need to do a license transfer to that console in order for anyone else to play them. Follow the instructions at the link below to start the transfer. After that is
done head to Settings>Accounts>Download History and redownload each item that you've purchased in the past to move the licenses. There is no need to delete the items first.

    support.xbox.com/.../download-content

Other than that, your son may need to have your gamertag logged in while he plays on his tag.

    child privacy settings

Unfortunately, you are unable to change the child account to adult. The account will have to "graduate". You can, however, create a new account with a different age. If you are trying to allow the account access to certain content, log into your Xbox One
under the Admin account then add the child account to family. This can be done by going to Settings > Scroll to the right to Add to Family > then add the child's profile. Once this has been completed, log into http;//account.live.com to update content access
for the child account. I hope this information helps.

one child aged 11 has an xbox system if I add the child to a family group can they circumvent parental controls by creating a new profile on the console?

Hi Lain! My name is Darhyl and I’d be more than happy to help you with your query.

If the child account has been added to a family group as a "Family member" it won't be possible for the child account's owner to circumvent the parental controls even if creating a new profile as the Organizer/adult account has complete control over the restrictions for the child account.

If the child creates a new Xbox profile and uses it, the child won't be able to access their saved data progress or purchase games from the child's main account.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,
    Darhyl

Paw Patrol Grand Prix - Custom race and adventure mode restrictions

Hi Salim, my name is Oskayra and I will be happy to answer your question.

The Paw Patrol Grand Prix Custom Races and Adventure mode restriction is related to your Xbox profile age settings. In order for your child to access these modes, you must change the age setting on her profile to 12 years or older.

To change the age settings for an Xbox profile, follow these steps:

-Open the Settings app on your Xbox console.
    -Go to Account > Account.
-Scroll down and select Content Restrictions.
-In the Age Range section, select 12 years or older.
-Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change.

Once you have changed your child's age settings, they will be able to access Paw Patrol Grand Prix Custom Races and Adventure mode.

However, keep in mind that this setting will also affect other games and apps on your console. If you don't want your child to have access to adult content, you can also create a child profile for them. Child profiles have stricter content restrictions than adult profiles.

To create a child profile, follow these steps:

-Open the Settings app on your Xbox console.
-Go to Account > Add new family member.
Select Create a profile for a child.
-Follow the on-screen instructions to create the profile.

Once you've created a child profile for your child, you can assign them an age range. To do this, follow these steps:

-Open the Settings app on your Xbox console.
    -Go to Account > Account.
    -Select your child's profile.
-In the Content Restrictions section, select Age Range.
-Select the age range you want to assign to the profile.
-Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change.
