    Is this still the right place to request help for this issue? I have this same problem (no xbox console, and child who wants to play Minecraft with his cousin). Parent gamertag is and child gamertag is WedgedJuggler68. Hoping to have
    this working before the kids are on winter break Childs accounts are visible at the microsoft family, but not at xbox family :) Thanks!

    Me and my are Microsoft-Family members, but not X-box family members for some reason. Could you sort that out for us you think?

    My tag is and my son's tag is EljarN

    Many apologies for the delay! I've got everyone in here now covered with syncing up parent accounts to child accounts. If you are still having issues, I have likely sent you an Xbox Live message instructing you on your next steps. Check those if you still
    can't see your child on your account!

    Child 2 : Chisel Rifting

    Please fix online acces for both boys. They are both added to my microsoft family.

    You should now be able to see your son's on the Xbox Settings. Please let me know if you still have issues accessing their accounts! Childs accounts are visible at the microsoft family, but not at xbox family :)
