    Hello! I have an Xbox One and for months I try to play online, but it always appears that my account is child's account. I tried to resolve the issue on the site and it appears that I have a responsible adult whose account I never created! I'm in desperation,
    please help me.

    That's for age verification for using a Microsoft account. Changing the age of a Microsoft account does not change the age of an Xbox account.

    Kelvin,

    Once your child reaches the age of majority (18 years old in most regions), they'll gain control of their profile information and the ability to decide who receives activity and location data from their account.

    So if you are under the age of 18 you need to have your parent sign in to their Microsoft account and set your permissions.

    If you are over 18 you can go here, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and see if they can help you, Since we do not have access to that information.

    My account is put in a family as a child with no adult.

    I have the exact same problem and my 360 account is locked due to a nonexistent parent account being invalid.

    Hey there Rassexm.

    There isn't a way to change the parent account. If you set up a parent account with a nonexistent e-mail you should be able to sign into Xbox Live with that account though.
