    Child's account locked


    My child's account has been locked as password has been entered too many times. I've tried resetting the password through Microsoft several times only to be told that they can't be certain that I am who I say I am so, it gets denied. It is really getting
    frustrating, he doesn't even enter his password for anything so I don't know how it got locked.

    Clubs?

    An xbox club includes the possibility to join online multiplayer games and communicate among club members, all these features are locked by default in a child's account for protection reasons. It is normal that a child's account cannot join clubs.

    you will get locked out of a lot of features due to the account being a child account, and you can't leave, only the parent can release the child account. there still hass to be a parent attached to the account too.
