Thank you very much for your reply. There must be something in the settings, as I can add myself, so I can play with one of the children, but I can't add the two children together. I don't want to allow them access to everything, but do want them to be able to play games together, as their own login. They're allowed content up to 12 years and are allowed Minecraft multiplayer and Realms and to create and follow clubs, in the Xbox Family App. It must be in these settings, but not sure what the magic combination is.

After a big update (November 13) I cant even get access to my privacy settings on Xbox One. It permanently writes: "There is a problem with the servise. Please try again".

My console is a Home console, there is only my adault account, no family or children accounts.

My privacy settings is custom, not default.

I can get access to them throught the web site. But when I try to change settings the site doesnt want to save them.

Also I have Xbox 360 and it seems fine with privacy settins on it - I can get access to them, change and save them normaly.

Just another word: I can normaly purschase games via my credit card, play it an so on. I cant only get access to privacy options on my Xbox One.

There is and the moral of the story dont give your children access to the adult account

if you put them on a child account as per the terms of use

children may not be on xbox live unsupervised and if you so choose parental settings is not a replacement for parental supervison

Make sure your children's accounts are added to your parent account at
https://account.microsoft.com/family.

Then go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and sign in with your adult parent account. Select the child(ren) that are supposed to play Fortnite cross platform, and set their settings accordingly.

You need to set that the children are allowed to play and communicate with people outside of the Xbox Live service.

You might also look into some of the various Family settings to keep your xbox safe for and from your children, along with the passcode options there are also options for things such as Xbox Live Access, Xbox Live Membership Creation, Ratings and Content
and a Family Timer if you want to limit their amount of play time.
