Children protection

Welcome.

Today I bought Xbox Game Pass and download Forza Horizon 4 on my computer. I start game and spent some time. When I'd like to use projects which are created by people, I got error that my account have child protection. I doesn't understand that, because my
account was verified by credit card and on microsoft i have added my sister as a child. Could you help me please?

Rumor: Red Dead Redemption 2 Cross-play Support Being Discussed

Sony will need to protect the children playing red dead redemption lol.

It might be that you are using a child account on your PC.

You should have an option that allows you to choose if you want to see user-generated content or not.

This is a
very useful webpage, it's worth checking.

Have also a read to "Content limits when an adult and a child are signed in on Xbox One" on that page

Did you activate the children protection and used a wrong birthday? That would explain the problem.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the age on the account. This is to protect children from circumventing the parental controls. Sorry.
