  1. Children not showing up as part of Xbox Privacy settings, they DO show up in my Microsoft ...

    Hello,

I was directed here by a Microsoft support rep, as we were unable to solve my issue last night. My children both have Microsoft accounts, and we are all in a Microsoft family. I am not able to see/manage the gamer tags that are associated with their
Xbox accounts in Windows 10. We do not own an Xbox console, since we do all of our gaming in Windows 10. They tried adding and removing the children from my family, and they add/remove successfully, but never show up on my Xbox management page. I know that
they have at least once before, because I made the settings so they could not make in-app purchases without my permission. They want to buy a minecraft package, and you can only buy it from inside the app, but they get an error stating that they do not have
permission to do this. I have no way to give permission, since I can not access their accounts from the settings. I only see my account.

TLDR; Children are in my Microsoft Family, they do not show up in Xbox privacy settings. They want a Minecraft add-on. I added money to their accounts, but they can not spend it in-app.

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

    :)

  2. Child account not showing on Xbox privacy and online safety page

Hi, my Son's Xbox account does not show up as part of my family on the Xbox privacy and online safety page. I don't know why not, as my daughter's account does and as far as I know I set the accounts up the same.

All my children show up as part of my Microsoft family, just not Xbox family. Any suggestions?

No child listed in xbox privacy settings

I have microsoft family setup and have two children in it.. One created an xbox account and we wanted to add each other as friends. Well he doesn't show up in my options to adjust in the xbox privacy settings and he can't because his settings don't allow
him to add friends.. He shows up in my family though..

  5. Thank you for the suggestion, but these settings are working correctly, it is strictly the Xbox settings that they are not showing up in.

and when I check the Xbox Account management, I see this...

So literally, all of the windows based parental controls function as they should. I can not get any of the Xbox settings to work, since they do not show up in my list.

Thanks in advance for any more suggestions.
