Children missing from privacy settings in xbox

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Are you blocked from changing your privacy settings?

Please double check your privacy settings to make sure Seeing shared content is enabled. Without this feature allowed, you will not be able to access community paint jobs.

You should block communications and set up privacy settings if you don't want your children to recieve messages from people you don't know.

I tried to go to the privacy settings on his account but I get an error message. QUOTE Children are restricted from making changes to their own privacy and online safety settings UNQUOTE

Is there no way to find out to which family he belongs?

If you mean on your own account, there is no way through Microsoft to accomplish this to my knowledge aside from simply logging out when you're not at your console. If your children have children accounts, you can block all purchases in the privacy settings.
