Child using parent account - time restrictions

Hi,

Bit behind with technology here. Bought Xbox for daughter, set up adult account and a child account for her, for some reason she ended up playing on my adult account all the time as it always asked for my password. I’ve set up privacy restrictions on both
accounts but the time restrictions don’t work on my account only hers. I’ve told her I’m changing my password so she can not access mine but she doesn’t want me to do this as will lose progress in her games, achievements and points, games she has ourchased,
add on packs etc etc.

In an ideal world I’d like to transfer all content, purchases, achievements etc to her child account then she will be happy using that with time restrictions, I can change my password and bingo, perfect solution is this possible?

If not is there any way I can put time restrictions on my adult account or change my adult account to a child account, delete her other child account (so she doesn’t get two lots of time restrictions,) and create a new adult account to monitor it?

Microsoft gives the parents the control over what their kids play, you go into settings, and you can set up the child settings and restrict what ratings for movies, tv shows, music, and games can be accessed by the child account. If you want your child to play a game that's rated M, then set it to that. Want the child restrictions turned off, then do that. The power is in your hands.

This is a huge issue I have been trying to solve as I know many other parents who initially set their Xbox consoles up using their own accounts. PLEASE give parents a solution to this problem!
