    Hey, so my child is linked to my account via the family section, and with the restriction i have turned with to any age (no restrictions) and it says he would be allowed to then download any game ie R18 games etc. But when i try to download him the new
    COD game it comes up with restrictions are on and wont allow it yet the restriction are on any age. Is there anything i can do about this or do i have to make him a new account to download this game? He cant play it on my account as he has him account for
    when his here with his father and has the same account when his home with his mother.

    some games ie destiny and the latest cods go by date of birth on the account and they block online play if under the age limit, microsoft has no control over this bit.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no setting to specifically stop people from deleting accounts on the Xbox one. Is the account that you created for your son a child account, or an adult account with child restrictions?
    He has a child account, which has restrictions. However, he is able to bypass all restrictions by deleting every account and creating a new account (not the child account I created).

    Unfortunately it's not currently possible to change an adult account to a child account :( If you wish your son to have a child account then you'd need to set him up a new child account with the relevant settings. You may be able to restrict some of the
    features on a parent account but not the full suite that child accounts can restrict.

    You mentioned that your account has child restrictions. That restriction could be temporarily lifted, if you ask.
