    Child purchased £300 of FIFA points over 1 week!!


    Hi everyone, I've been remarkable stupid. I have just realised that my son has purchased £300 worth of FIFA points. Yes, it's a mistake. Yes, it's my fault!! But when I bought some points for him I didn't think he could keep on purchasing more points without
    my consent. I've spoken to the Live people and ea sports and although very sympathetic it doesn't look hopeful that I'll see any money back. I'll find out in a few days. Even if I bought 12,000 points it would have cost me £80. That would be easier to swallow.
    But he has purchased ultimate packs, etc. he thought he wasn't being asked to actually purchase all of these, he truly believed I had done it all on the first and only occasion. I'm prepared to swallow some medicine here, but I'm really hoping billing will
    compromise. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing, or know of similar cases and their outcomes. Any advice greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

    Fifa 17 Deluxe edition 3000 points not received

    I purchased Fifa 17 deluxe edition including 3000 Fifa points over 1 week ago. I have had no points appear in game since. Could someone please help me get my points or my money back.

    Fraudulent Charge of Premium Gold Packs

    Same here - 6000 points purchased then spent on PGP's and FIFA added to my achievements. Microsoft say it will take 4-6 weeks to resolve.

    Xbox.com MY ACCOUNT and REMOVE PAYMENT OPTION. This is all I can suggest.

    I don't believe there are any controls to restrict purchase.

    I use a prepaid card for mine to avoid any mistakes.

    We all learn by our mistakes, some more costly than others.

    Don`t really think there is anything you can do as it was all purchased legally, ie, you account was not hacked, etc.

    -

    There was a similar story to this in the Daily Express a few months back were a child had run up a bill of around £1200 over a month with some particular on-line game, the parent had to pay as it had not been done through fraud.

    You can try phoning support to see if there is anything they can do, but that is really your only option to recover the lost money. In the future, I'd definitely set up some parental controls

    You can try phoning support to see if there is anything they can do, but that is really your only option to recover the lost money. In the future, I'd definitely set up some parental controls
